Prism's Implementation Methodology is made up of the following activities and tasks:

  • Project Management
  • Analysis of configuration and business requirements
  • Design & Development
  • Database Setup
  • Data conversion
  • Functional and flow testing
  • Acceptance testing
  • Training
  • Deployment

Within each of the above phases there are a number of tasks and activities that will is performed.
All Phases and Tasks are detailed within the project documents which include:

  • Project Charter - Sets out the project structure along with the roles and responsibilities of all project team members.
  • Project Budget - Sets out the overall budget in time and hours for each phase and also a guide in terms of hours per task.
  • Project Schedule - Provides details on the scheduled dates for each phase and also which phases contain milestone activities that will require signoff.

These documents along with other primary project documents will be established upon agreement to proceed with the implementation of the system.
